Part of our way to thank our clients for their support and for letting us help them with their real estate needs is by entering them to win a prize. Everyone who chooses to use The Broker Sponsor Corporation to buy or sell a home is eligible to win a cruise for two.
The raffle will commence on 8/01/2023 and will run through 12/31/2023. Two lucky guests will receive a 5 day Western Caribbean cruise. The ship will leave from the beautiful port city of New Orleans.

Cruise Certificate’s Terms and Conditions
The Cruise Vacation for Two Certificate gives you a 5 Day/4 Night Luxury Cruise Vacation for Two, to the Western Caribbean
This cruise certificate is valid for two persons for a five (5) day, four (4) night cruise aboard select cruises. Accommodations are for an interior stateroom based on double occupancy. Upgrades to an ocean view, balcony or suite stateroom, or an extended cruise are available for an additional fee. Certificate is not valid during holiday and peak travel periods unless the recipient pays an additional fee. Additional fees vary depending on sail date and availability.
This certificate is for cruise and airfare from El Paso to New Orleans, LA only. It DOES NOT include transportation to and from the port or any hotel accommodations. All port charges, taxes, customs and fulfillment fees will be paid by TBSC up to $200.40. Any excess fees will be the responsibility of the recipient of this certificate.
There is no registration fee. However, prize needs to be confirmed within 30 days of the issue date.

Cruise Giveaway Disclaimer
This Cruise Giveaway Promotion is being conducted by Jacqueline Kubitz with The Broker Sponsor Corporation and Stacy Luera at All Western Mortgage. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of The United States who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of The Broker Sponsor Corporation are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin on 08/01/2023 and end on 12/31/2023. All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Cruise Giveaway.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Cruise Giveaway Promotion, Participants must make a home purchase/sale with us or fill out an entry form on our website to purchase/sale with TBSC.
4. Prize: The prize for the Cruise Giveaway Promotion is a five (5) day four (4) night Western Caribbean Cruise with Carnival Cruise Lines. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection: The winner of the Cruise Giveaway Promotion will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on 01/31/2024, one month after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified by [email/phone call/mail], and they must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the given timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Publicity Release: By participating in this Promotion, the winner agrees to allow The Broker Sponsor Corporation to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without any further compensation or notification.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering the Promotion, Participants release TBSC, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance and use of the prize.
8. General Terms: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. The decisions made by TBSC regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to the selection of the winner, shall be final and binding.
9. Governing Law: The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
